Can Prime Minister Jetten secure a majority? Budget talks in "deadlock" as Dutch minority cabinet struggles before Prinsjesdag

With just days remaining before the government must submit its budget plans for review, negotiations between Prime Minister Rob Jetten's minority coalition and opposition parties appear to be faltering. Can the cabinet still secure a parliamentary majority in time for Prinsjesdag? And what compromises will it be forced to make on taxation, welfare cuts and healthcare spending to get there?
